What this tool does
Displays every page as a thumbnail. Drag pages into a new order, click to delete the ones you do not want, then export the result.
When to use Reorder PDF
- • Scanner output. Documents scanned upside down, in reverse order, or with blank reverse sides that need removing. Double-sided scanning in particular tends to produce a document that needs work.
- • Report assembly. Moving an appendix to the end, bringing an executive summary to the front.
- • Removing pages. Internal notes, duplicated pages, blank separators, or a page that should not go to the recipient.
- • Fixing a merge. When files combined in the wrong order and you would rather fix the result than start again.

- • Correct page order improves readability and professionalism.
- • It reduces back-and-forth when documents are reviewed by clients.

How to use Reorder PDF

Privacy and safety note
pdfjs-dist renders the thumbnails so you can see what you are moving rather than guessing from page numbers. When you export, pdf-lib assembles a new document with the pages in your chosen sequence. No upload at any stage.

No. Pages are copied intact.
Can I add pages from another document?
Not directly. Merge the documents first, then reorder the combined file.
Is anything uploaded?

What happens to bookmarks?
Document-level bookmarks may not survive reordering, as they reference the original page positions.
