This privacy policy explains how TheOnlyPDF collects, uses, and stores data when you use our PDF tools and services. We prioritize secure authentication, anonymous usage tracking, and minimal data storage.
Information we collect
We collect authentication information when you sign up or log in with Firebase Auth. If you contact support or submit a form, we store your email and message in Firestore.
Anonymous tracking
Anonymous usage is tracked in localStorage and hashed IP records. We never store raw IP addresses. Usage documents are stored in Firestore under anonymousUsage/ with hashed keys.
Firebase storage
Premium users may store processed documents in Firebase Storage until they delete them. Free users do not retain stored history.
Ads and premium
Ads are shown only to anonymous and free logged-in users. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.
